We are manufacturing since 2000 and we also been serving jewelry distributors as a production partner of the exclusive design , so we are welcoming wholesaler by minimum $.1500.00 order .

You may need to register your self as wholesaler and we will provide you wholesale business manually by email .

Shipping:

Shipping costs that use for this websites is by Express mail service of Indonesian post service which also under working together with DHL service on international courier service.For any other services under customer advised will be arranged, such as fedex,ups,dhl or TNT.

Any website order will be proccess 1 to 3 working days and we shall keep your AWB Tracking number updated.

Payment:

By Bank Transfer direct deposit

By Paypal Online Payment ( an additional 4.4% charged for this term of payment ) 

As we are using Indonesian Bank Account in currency of Indonesian Rupiah , any conversion of foreign exchange rate will be informed

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
